Did you know that rocking your thrifted best could possibly score you $100 in a monthly online contest?
If you didn't know, perhaps you haven't heard of Thrift Store Runway.  Let me tell you all about it!

Thrift Store Runway is an online fashion contest ideal for ladies and gentlemen that know the meaning of styling on a budget!  Participants are to create fab looks with thrifted finds and submit photos here.  Five winners are chosen each month throughout the remainder of the year and are awarded with a $100 prize.  There is this Golden Rule, however:  your look must cost less than $50.  For the complete list of rules click here.

A past judge of the contest was Mr. Goodwill Hunting himself, Mr. Rashon Carraway.


This contest is part of an initiative called Bring Back National Thrift Week, which was once a "vibrant celebration of the virtue of thrift in America." To read more about this, click here.
