Though I usually wear short sleeved shirts and tees year round, I make sure to keep a few classic sweaters in the closet for the cool weather days. It never really gets cold here in the south until late January-mid February, but these last couple of days have been crisp. Pair a neutral scoop neck sweater with your favorite pair of skinny jeans and you're good to go! All you need is a trendy pair of riding boots (like these lovely Tory Burch pair) and matching jacket to complete this effortlessly classic look. Feel free to add a splash of color + personality by rocking your favorite orange cross-body bag (like this cute one from Kate Spade) and leopard-print scarf to complete it all. You guys know by now how much I love leopard-print, right?
For my beauty enthusiasts, nothing makes a look complete quite like makeup and an enchanting fragrance. I'm all for neutral and bronze shades this season. And the warm sensuous scent of Daisy by Marc Jacob has just the right hint of vanilla + musk to make me want to rock it everywhere for the rest of the season.
For me, this look could be worn virtually anywhere. I'm thinking lunch with friends, movies with hubby, and/or shopping with the little ones. But more than likely this will be my go-to look for the upcoming holiday parades and events going on in my area.
