Spring Style Inspiration | Little Pink Dress

The weather has been nothing but beautiful here in the south this week. I don't know about you, but these warm temperatures here in North Carolina (and the fact that my birthday is soon approaching) make me want to get out and shop for new dresses! While everyone is grabbing new sundresses from the shelves and unpacking last years' pieces to pair with new accessories, I just want to find some cute pieces to rock for my birthday! This year my cake will be adorned with 32 candles, so I'm in the mood for something simple, sexy, and sophisticated all at the same time. And since I'm really loving the off-shoulder and cold shoulder trend this season, those are the particular types of dresses that catch my eye as of late.

I have been doing a little online browsing mixed with a little playing around on Polyvore and I think I've come up with the perfect outfit for my birthday night out. Not only have I found a cute, simple dress, I've found cute accessories and shoes to match! Check out the details of this look after the jump.

Rosegal has a cute off the shoulder dress that immediately caught my eye. And while it's not in stock in my size, I have a better general idea of what kind of dress I'd like to wear for my night out. Not to mention it looks fab with these cut-out platform heels from Charlotte Russe. Since my dress and shoes are simple in style and color, I decided to make a statement with a nice floral bag like this one from Calvin Klein. You already know how much I love florals, right? Well this floral bag brings the shoes and dress together nicely, creating the perfect statement-making piece for this look.

To add a pop of style to my bare collarbone, I thought it would be nice to style the off-shoulder dress with a nice multi-strand chain necklace like this one from Michael Kors. Sticking with the gold theme for accessories, I'm adding this watch and square Kate Spade studs to the outfit. It just wouldn't be me if I didn't add a touch of fuchsia here and there with my accessories! After adding this pretty lipstick and my favorite sunnies to this outfit, I'll be ready to dance the night away in no time! I guess saving time on my outfit might give me more time to do a nice smoky eye or cat-eye when I'm doing my makeup. Which do you think would look better with the lipstick?

Would you rock this outfit/pairing? If so, where?
