Easy Skincare Routine featuring Good Molecules

When is the last time you tried something new on your skin? Now I will be honest and admit I don't usually enjoy change when it comes to my skincare. I've tried so many different products in the past, that once I find products my skin loves, I tend to stick with them. Like, forever, forever ever, forever ever! But every now and again, I come across a "new to me" skincare line and I grow curious. If they mention fighting oily skin, I draw closer. And if they make mention of fading hyperpigmentation, I get all up in their mix! This is how my fixation with Good Molecules came to be. I had been following the brand for a while on Instagram, as well as reading rave reviews from satisfied customers. So, I felt like it was kismet when the brand reached out to me offering a PR package with some of their most loved products.

Since I've been using their products for a while now, going on to create my own skincare regimen and repurchasing items, I knew I had to share these products with you guys. Read below to check out the full details of my current skin care regimen using Good Molecules.

The Products

1. Clarify & Cleanse Bar- Formulated with kaolin clay and cocoa powder, this bar helps to clear excess sebum and soothes inflammation. It also includes Rosehip and grapeseed oils, which restore moisture. Salicylic acid in the mix helps fight breakouts.

2. Niacinamide Brightening Toner- Niacinamide fights uneven skin tone, dullness, and visibly large pores, while Arbutrin improves appearance of hyperpigmentation. The addition of  Licorine Root soothes inflammation.

3. Discoloration Correcting Serum-  - Made with an advanced form of tranexamic acid (2% TeraCeutic TXVector), this serum absorbs deep into the skin to help fade hyperpigmentation. The addition of  4% Niacinamide works to improve the appearance of uneven skin tone and texture, dullness, and enlarged pores. Ingredients band together to not only fight appearance of current dark spots, but future hyperpigmentation as well.

4. Silicone-Free Priming Moisturizer- Formulated with a natural silicone alternative, this moisturizer preps your skin for makeup. It also gives a smooth base with nourishing macadamia seed oil and shea butter.

The Regimen

Every morning and evening I cleanse with Good Molecules Clarify & Cleanse Bar. Using my hands, I wet the bar to get a good lather going. Then, I thoroughly massage the lather into my skin using the 60- second rule I learned from LaBeautyologist. This bar does a great job of cleansing my skin without leaving it feeling dry.

After cleansing, I balance my skin using Good Molecules Niacinamide Brightening Toner. I apply a few drops to a cotton disk and massage it into my face and neck. My skin instantly looks plump and bright after using this toner!

Once I've cleansed and toned my skin, I apply a few generous drops of  Good Molecules Discoloration Correcting Serum all over my face and neck. Often, I skip this step in the mornings and save it for my evening routine. I love how this product make my skin feel so smooth and glowy without being oily. This is something I know my fellow oily-skinned girls + guys will appreciate!

After cleansing, toning, and applying serum, I slather on a bit of this Good Molecules Silicone-Free Priming Moisturizer. Not only does it great job of hydrating my skin, it gives my face a smooth base for makeup application. Because of this, I mostly use this moisturizer in the mornings and opt for a heavier moisturizer to seal my serums at night.
