Skincare to Try: Pixi Rose Infused Skintreats

Do you change up your skincare regimen as the seasons change? For the most part, I stick with my basic routine. But every now and again, I love trying new systems. For example, Pixi Beauty always seems to have a skin care system that suits about every skincare need possible.

Since my skin has been looking for a bit more hydration and nourishment this season, I've decided to revisit my tried and true Pixi Rose-Infused Skintreats. These products are ideal for those with dry skin, but are suitable for all skin types. And for those of us who like to indulge in the occasional spa-like experience for less, I thought it would be a perfect time to share my thoughts on these goodies with you guys.

Skincare To Try: Pixi Glow Tonic Collection

If you've been here for a while, it's no secret that I'm all about that GLOW life. One of my main beauty + personal care goals is achieving blemish-free, glowing skin. And because of this goal, I've tried more than a few skincare products over the years. Since being introduced to Pixi Skintreats by way of the cult favorite Glow Tonic a few years ago, however, I am happy to say that I have added a few more "glow-boosting" goodies to my arsenal.

With the growing popularity of the Glow Tonic, Pixi recently launched an entire skincare collection centered around the product. So you know your girl was over-the-moon hype (per usual) when Pixi sent me a package containing said collection earlier this summer!

The main reason I was so excited about the Glow Tonic Collection is that while I love using Glow Tonic, I've longed to use an entire skincare line that works toward my singular goal of having radiant, glowing skin. I didn't want to continuously purchase a cleanser from one brand, hunt for a moisturizer from another brand, and settle for a serum from an entirely different brand just to build a regimen that works for me. If you've been reading here for a while, you already know how obsessed I am with lipstick. It holds a special place in my heart and my makeup bag, so I have a tendency to ramble about it. Earlier this spring, I had the chance to try out Pixi Beauty's MatteLast Liquid Lip and was quite impressed. And no sooner than I heard they had new additions to the collection, I received a beautiful package from Pixi that included their entire Pixi MatteLast Liquid Lip Collection. I couldn't wait to try out the five new shades so that I could share them with you guys here and possibly add them to my winter beauty arsenal.

Trying new beauty products will never get old to me. And receiving beautiful PR packages from the likes of Pixi Beauty are one of the reasons why. When I received the Pixi Glow in a Box a few weeks ago, I was so enamored by the packaging, I almost didn't want to open it!

Have you ever heard stories about moms buying their small children expensive toys only for them to play with the boxes? One of those small children could have easily been me the day this package was delivered. Seriously, I marveled at the pretty fuchsia glitter-encrusted case for hours (and dared anyone in the house to touch it) before I finally decided to stop being a kid and open it. And of course my eyes grew even wider with excitement as I pulled item after item from the beautifully crafted box.

Why You Should Try These Pixi Rose Skincare Products

If you've been here for a while, you probably already know how excited I get about trying new skin care products. Back during the spring months, I was adamant about being consistent with my skincare so that my skin would be looking its best once summer came through. One thing I was most consistent with was keeping my favorite Pixi beauty products in my skincare lineup. I had been using the Pixi Glow Tonic since the winter and fell in love. So when I received the Pixi Rose Flash Bomb and Rose Caviar Essence right before spring, I couldn't wait to see how they fit in my beauty regimen along with the Pixi Glow Tonic.

The Pixi Rose Caviar Essence and Pixi Rose Flash Bomb came in some of the prettiest PR packaging I've ever seen along with the gorgeous Pixi MatteLast Liquid Lipsticks I raved about here. Each of these products are formulated with rose hip and rose flower oils, rose extract, and rose water. As a fan of rose-infused products, I couldn't wait to test these products out. Rose is always a welcomed addition to my beauty regimen in the warmer months. And now that I've used both products consistently, I feel I can best share my full experience with the products and how I used them in my skincare regimen.

REVIEW | Pixi MatteLast Liquid Lip Collection

If you follow me on Instagram, you probably already know how excited I get about updating my makeup bag each season. And since spring is finally here, I've been all about finding the perfect hues of rose, blush, coral and other softer, neutral shades to add to my beauty arsenal. Last month, I received a beautiful package from Pixi that included their entire Rose Essence Collection. And in this collection were five pretty lippies from the MatteLast Liquid Lip Collection. When I tell you I was over-the-moon hype about this package, please believe me! I could not wait to put these lippies to the test and see if they would find a home in my spring beauty arsenal. 

The Pixi MatteLast Liquid Lip is infused with rose hip seed oil, giving lips the hydration you wouldn't normally expect from a matte lip product. And the fact that these lippies are also paraben-free/cruelty free made me even more eager to test them out.
